Hold hands and watch the sunrise from the bottom of the sea

There are no cars, taxis, tuk tuks and few scooters on Koh Phi Phi which is great but there were masses of people squeezed into the maze of narrow alleyways around the pier and beachfront. Luggage is moved around by handcarts or long tail boats if there is any distance involved. I found a small wooden hut for rent with the most amazing view. There were a pair of Sea Eagles that circled the bay and occasionally dived at wading birds. At night, bedlam, as each bar and restaurant to my left tried to be louder than everything else.

Koh Lanta
I took the slow boat to Phi Phi Island, a long and hot journey, so good news the only morning option to Koh Lanta was a choice of speedboats. There are many operators competing to make the journey in less than twelve parsecs.
